Orchard Property Marketing Corp., the marketing arm of the real estate developer Sta. Lucia Realty and Development Corp. (SLRDC), is offering homes in northern and southern Cebu.

In the south, its middle-end Glen Rose Residential Estates in Perrelos, Carcar has a clubhouse, basketball court, tennis court and underground drainage system.

“Carcar is a viable address as an assortement of residential, business and recreational developments blossoms in the area,” a statement from SLDRC said.

SLDRC also has a high-end real estate development in Talamban.

At Greenwoods Executive Homes, the lots are sold at P4,000 per square meter, and cut at an average size of 150 square meters.

Greenwoods has a clubhouse, tennis and basketball courts, swimming pool, playground and 24-hour security. JBN
